HYPNOTHERAPY

With a background in teaching and a thriving career in illustration, I hadn't actually planned on becoming a hypnotherapist or specializing in past life regression. A personal crisis led me to seek out healing through past lives, and as I began to experience healing in my time of need, I began to better understand myself and even the crisis that had brought me to this modality.

I realized that becoming a facilitator of these modalities was like offering a lifeline to others who were also looking for answers in the midst of a difficult to understand life experience and decided to not only become certified in hypnotherapy but to also specialize in past life regression as an alternative method of healing.

I feel so honored in helping others walk into their own spiritual healing and purpose: each time it's like facilitating a birth into healing and hope.

Christina offers hypnotherapy, past life regression and connection with Spiritual Guides through guided meditation and hypnotherapy via Virtual Sessions anywhere in the world.

WHO AM I & WHERE?

I was born and raised in California, but left the Golden State in 2025 to sojourn for a little while in Montenegro. The country has been a healing hub, offering a respite from the times in which we live and I am grateful. The surrounding mountains have become my friends while I learn from the siren spirits that offer lessons from the Adriatic Sea.

Having opened my first office in the town of Mount Shasta, under the healing and very spiritual shadow of the White Mountain, I feel honored to be able to now be operating under the shadow of these ancient black mountains. Both have lessons to teach.
