Experience working in this field, specifically assisting others into Past Life Regressions and deeply personal meditative sessions, have directed me to refashion my packages as laid out below. Your First Past Life Regression Package

When first booking with me, I suggest a two session package with back to back days. The first session of Parts Therapy (2.5 hours in length) is a helpful introduction for you and I to discover together how we best work with each other as through hypnosis and a guided meditation I assist you to a deep place of meditation and you meet up with various parts of you. Depending upon the individual, it may additionally involve an inner child segue or journey, and meeting up with a Spiritual Guide. I find this first session invaluable in taking down any excessive nervousness or anxiety for the following day's hypnosis session into a past life.

In the Past Life Regression session (3.5 hours in length), we explore early childhood memories, the time in the womb and at least one past life. Depending completely upon the individual, it may additionally involve an inner child segue, transmutation of physical or emotional issues, and potentially reassessing contracts made in other lifetimes.

This is for those clients who wish to discover more. Or who have a unique request or more specific reason for entering into hypnosis or deep meditation. Having already experienced past lives, you want to know more. This specialized additional session is customized to your needs.
